My relationship with psychedelics spans nearly two decades. They have been hugely significant guides, helpers and friends to me.
And I am blessed beyond measure to have studied for many years with who I consider to be some of the most exceptional teachers and shamans in the world, and to be held in wisdom lineages which incorporate such altered states of consciousness. You can read more about my background here.
In 2016 I co-founded and directed Europe’s first psilocybin-retreat programme (The Psychedelic Society’s Experience Retreats), which transformed into ALALAHO in 2020.
I left ALALAHO in 2024 to focus on developing other aspects of my work, however occasionally I still offer individual and bespoke retreats and you can book 1:1 sessions with me for support with preparation, integration or a microdosing protocol.

PREPARATION & INTEGRATION
Preparation and integration are often overlooked aspects of psychedelic journeying, which I am deeply passionate about. To me, preparing for a psychedelic journey is like tilling the soil before planting the seeds. And without integration, there might be a beautiful bloom but no harvest or compost. Integration is all-important meaning-making, it’s the action that follows insight and the life-long practice of becoming whole.

Individual retreat
Couple’s retreat for deepening with your romantic partner
Bespoke group retreat with your friends, family members or team
All my retreats include pre-retreat online preparation sessions & materials, a minimum of 3 days in person (arrival, ceremony, integration day) and post-retreat online integration sessions & supporting materials.
Disclaimer: While it can be wonderfully deepening to do a psychedelic journey with people you already know, it also adds varying layers of complexity. We will explore together if a psychedelic journey is really appropriate.
MICRODOSING GUIDANCE
If you are curious about weaving psilocybin into your day-to-day, I can support you in designing a suitable protocol, and in harvesting the lessons along the way.
